Affiliate Program Regulations
§ 1. Affiliate Program Organizer
The Organizer of the Affiliate Program is Devikit LLC, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, EIN: 30-1484571, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
The Affiliate Program is conducted within the Organizer's company and is exclusively addressed to Partners who meet the conditions specified in these Regulations.
§ 2. Conditions for Participation in the Affiliate Program
Only an entity conducting business activity registered within the territory of the European Union, UK or USA may become a Partner of the Affiliate Program.
The Partner is obliged to issue invoices for due commissions using the business activity referred to in paragraph. 1.
The Partner may not participate in the Affiliate Program as a natural person not conducting business activity.
§ 3. Commissions and Rules for Their Calculation
The Partner is entitled to a commission of 10% of the net value of an order placed by a referred Client via a unique affiliate link.
Commission is calculated:
a) from the first purchase made by the referred Client,
b) from each subsequent subscription renewal associated with that purchase.
Commission is calculated based on the actual amount paid by the Client, after taking into account all discounts, price reductions, and promotions.
The commission rate is 10%.
§ 4. Settlement Period and Commission Payout
The minimum commission amount entitling the Partner to a payout is GBP 200.00 net.
Due to the Organizer's 30-day return policy, commission may be paid out no earlier than 30 days after the referred Client's payment date.
Commission payout is made based on a correctly issued invoice without VAT (reverse charge), issued by the Partner to the following details:

On the invoice referred to in paragraph 3, the service name should be indicated as:
"Payout from the affiliate program for referrals"
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the correctness of the invoice before making the commission payout.
§ 5. Restrictions and Prohibitions
The Partner is not entitled to commission from purchases made by:
a) themselves,
b) entities financially or personally related to them,
c) persons acting on their behalf or instruction.
It is prohibited to create more than one affiliate account to obtain commissions from one's own purchases or to circumvent the rules of the Affiliate Program.
The Partner's account and the referred Client's account must belong to different business entities.
In the event of a violation of the rules referred to in this paragraph, the Organizer has the right to:
a) refuse to pay out commissions,
b) revoke accrued commissions,
c) block the Partner's account,
d) exclude the Partner from the Affiliate Program.
§ 6. Final Provisions
Commissions are calculated only during the validity period of the Affiliate Program.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Affiliate Program or terminate it, while preserving the acquired rights of Partners to commissions calculated in accordance with the Regulations.
