Refund Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee!

If, after purchasing our digital product, you find that it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund.

Regardless of whether you purchased a plugin, a license, or another digital product from the store, you have time to thoroughly test your purchase. This guarantee does not cover the Devikit Care service (see the section below).

We do not ask for the reason for the refund. While we would appreciate it if you chose to provide one, it is not required and will not affect the processing of your refund.

Why do we offer this?

By law, digital content delivered immediately after purchase - if the customer consents - is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract. However, we prefer to offer something better: our own fair 30-day refund guarantee - no stress, no explanations.

How to request a refund?

To take advantage of the guaranteed refund, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase:

  • or at the email address hi@devikit.co.uk.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days. We may contact you only to confirm refund details or to offer assistance - the decision is yours.

Devikit Care

The refund guarantee described above applies to digital products from the store (including plugins and licenses). It does not apply to the Devikit Care service (WordPress website care on a monthly subscription).

Fees paid for the current Care billing period are non-refundable - regardless of when you cancel. You may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next period, and the service continues until the end of the paid period.

Renewal Refund

For a renewed store product subscription, you have the right to cancel the renewal and receive a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of the renewal date. After this period, refunds are not possible. Devikit Care follows separate rules - no refund for the current billing period.
