If, after purchasing our digital product, you find that it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund.
Regardless of whether you purchased an application, a downloadable file, or access to a service, you have time to thoroughly test the product.
We do not ask for the reason for the refund. While we would appreciate it if you chose to provide one, it is not required and will not affect the processing of your refund.
Why do we offer this?
By law, digital content delivered immediately after purchase - if the customer consents - is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract. However, we prefer to offer something better: our own fair 30-day refund guarantee - no stress, no explanations.
How to request a refund?
To take advantage of the guaranteed refund, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase:

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days. We may contact you only to confirm refund details or to offer assistance - the decision is yours.
Renewal Refund
You have the right to cancel a renewed subscription and receive a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of the renewal date. After this period, refunds are not possible.
